PROJECT PILLOT

This year, inlingua Luxembourg proudly took part in the Erasmus+ HUB Luxembourg - an inspiring event bringing together Erasmus+ beneficiaries, youth workers from Luxembourg and abroad, and talented young artists interested in the Erasmus+ programme.

We were excited to present our project PILLOT (Promoting Inclusive Language Learning Opportunities through Local Culture and Cultural Heritage for Learners with Refugee and Migrant Backgrounds), implemented under the Erasmus+ Partnerships programme.

 

During our presentation, we shared the many activities our centre has carried out, including:
1️⃣ Exploring and testing creative ways to teach languages through local heritage - legends, traditions, art, history, nature, food culture, and tourism.
2️⃣ Organising language classes for learners with migrant and refugee backgrounds, using diverse aspects of heritage as a learning tool.
3️⃣ Building strong partnerships between cultural institutions, language schools, and NGOs - and sharing these good practices with stakeholders.
